Find a payment

Select your business and open Payments. Open a payment to review its saved status, items, quantities, total, and available customer details. Customers use Orders in their account to find their purchases. Payments is the business view of financial activity.

Read the result

Result	What it means
Confirmed payment	Bryng has received a verified payment result.
Pending	The result is unresolved. Check the existing payment for updates.
Declined, expired, or cancelled	The attempt is not a confirmed payment.
Reversed	A previous payment was reversed. Use the current status rather than an earlier confirmation.
Free order	The order can be confirmed without a charge.

Returning from a payment page does not by itself confirm payment. Use the status shown by Bryng.

Payment settings

Payment settings are in Business settings → Payments. Bryng uses business-owned Flitt merchant accounts for GEL payments. Ask the business owner to manage the provider connection and credentials. Never send payment secrets or full card details to support.

Customer access

A guest checkout does not sign the customer in or verify email ownership. Customers can sign in with the checkout email to find their orders. Joining a business is separate from buying a product and does not grant paid access.

An unresolved payment

Keep the order reference and check the existing attempt. Wait for its result before starting another payment. If you need help, contact support with the reference and a brief description.
