Subscriptions

Set recurring product pricing and understand customer subscription management.

Set recurring pricing

In a product’s pricing settings, choose recurring pricing and review the amount and billing interval. Supported intervals include weekly, monthly, yearly, and a custom interval shown in the editor.

A subscription checkout contains one product and one unit. The customer must explicitly agree to recurring billing before continuing.

Pricing is locked while the product has pending, active, past-due, or cancelled-but-still-paid-through subscribers. The agreed subscription price does not change with later product edits.

Customer management

Customers can open Settings → Payment Methods to find their subscriptions and saved payment methods, grouped by business. A subscription shows its status, amount, billing period, next attempt, and paid-through date when available.

Choose Manage to change the subscription’s card through secure provider verification or confirm cancellation. A saved card for one business is not a shared card for every business on Bryng.

Cancellation and access

Cancelling stops future renewals; already-paid access remains until its end date. Cancellation is separate from a refund. Leaving a business’s free following is also separate from cancelling a subscription.

Pending or failed payments

Use the saved subscription and payment status. A browser return does not confirm payment, and an unresolved payment must not be treated as a failure. Check the next attempt shown and contact support if you need help.

Business owners cannot disconnect or switch the merchant account while subscriptions remain live. This keeps existing billing attached to the correct business payment connection.
